- Requires internet to activate the license key.

Pros
- Works with DaVinci Resolve and Fusion Studio.
- Does not require internet
- You can use multiple computers as long as the dongle plugged-in
Cons
- Require one USB Port
- USB Dongle can be misplaced and you'll need to purchase another one.
- Only works one computer at the time
