New product Warranties

• All products sold by Coremicro are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and warranted to the original purchaser for normal application for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer of a product. If the product is defective in material or workmanship, or fails to operate for its intended purpose as described during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced when returned to Coremicro. There are no other express or implied warranties except as set forth herein. Coremicro shall have no liability or warranty covering you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use or inability to use the products, and in all cases our liability is limited to strictly to replacement, repair or the value of the product purchased. Coremicro is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors and reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changes in the market or product discontinuations. All pictures which appear in TVs or video equipment are simulated. Please remember to back up all data before computer hardware or software installs. We are not responsible for lost data.

Coremicros warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.

Coremicro Used Dept. warranty: If an item is returned within the warranty period, we will inspect for warranty guidelines eligibility and if approved we will send the item to repair, if the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it at equal value, if replacement is not available we will issue a Store Credit.

The warranty is valid only at Coremicro. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Coremicro will void this warranty.

Coremicro disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. An Coremicro warranty provides specific legal rights; however, you may have additional rights, which vary from state to state.

As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply. Our warranty is valid only in the U.S. For additional information on how to obtain warranty service, please contact us.
