AJA FiDO-2T Dual Channel 3G-SDI To LC Fiber Converter

AJA’S FiDO-2T-X is Dual-Channel 3G-SDI that converts video formats using the Single-Mode LC Optical Fiber Transmitter (CDWM). This Mini-Converter features CWDM SEP option that allows the users to choose the appropriate wavelength SEP for their corresponding application. This Transmitter allows the transport of SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G SDI up to 6 miles of range with electrical isolation, which is useful for eliminating the ground loop. This process can be accomplished by using the standard Single-Mode Fiber Optic cable.

The FiDO offers different choices of connectors including ST, LC or SC. This can vary depending on the converter model. The FiDO Mini-Converter excels all relevant SMPTE Specs, versatile, and are rugged, and suitable for outdoors to indoors.

Compact and Portable

The FiDO converters are compact, works fine in tight spaces behind on camera, gear rack and trucks. This converter has a locking power connector that can't be removed accidentally or pull loose. Another feature is the P-TAP power cable that allows for the battery power in remote locations.

All AJA Mini-Converters are shipped with a universal power supply, which includes an international plug connection for use around the world.

All AJA’s Mini-Converters are now available as a mobile app on iOS. This feature allows the user to have control over their Mini-Converters though an app. This app helps the user to find a convenient converter for any type of situation, if is needed.
