BirdDog Mini HDMI to NDI Encoder/Decoder

The BirdDog Mini HDMI to NDI Encoder/Decoder is a network device interface with HDMI video input and loop out. Connect your camera or another video source, and have it instantly be available on your NDI-enabled network. Despite its size, the BirdDog Mini supports 1080p resolutions up to 59.94 fps. The Mini can be powered via the network connection; no power supply needed. The tally information is displayed and passed through to compatible equipment.

The small size of the Mini will make it at home in studios and video production facilities utilizing NDI technology. Tally Support A built-in bi-color tally display can show video source on-air info. Tally information is also passed through to supported monitoring equipment. Flexible Power Options Power the Mini via DC input from your camera battery's D-tap or use a separately available power adapter. The Power can also be supplied over Ethernet using a PoE-enabled switcher or injector. Comms The Mini natively supports BirdDog Comms technology.
