Description
The Lynx Technik yellobrik OTT-1812 3G-SDI Dual Channel to Fiber Optic Transmitter is a dual channel SDI to fiber optic transmitter designed to overcome the challenges of distributing uncompressed broadcast quality video signals over long distances. When combined with a dual channel fiber optic to SDI receiver (e.g., yellobrik ORR 1802-2), you get a very cost-effective dual channel optical transmission/receiver system that can handle transmissions up to 1080p60 (3Gbit/s) while keeping full uncompressed quality. The OTT 1812 features two entirely independent channels that will detect and re-clock any 270Mbit/s, 1.5Gbit/s, or 3Gbit/s SDI source before optical transmission. The module fully supports 3G Level A and Level B formats.
