The Lynx Technik yellobrik OTX 1410 LC-40 12G-SDI to Fiber Optic Transmitter with Fiber LC is a small SDI to fiber optic transmitter designed to overcome the challenges of distributing uncompressed, high bandwidth, broadcast-grade video signals over long distances. When combined with a fiber optic to SDI receiver (for example, the yellobrik ORX 1400), you get a very cost-effective optical transmission/receiver system for signals up to 12Gbit/s (40962160 At 60Hz), while retaining full uncompressed quality.
The OTX 1410 operates entirely automatically. The SDI video format is identified, reclocked, and broadcast across the fiber optic connection automatically. There is also a reclocked electrical SDI output. The OTX 1410 supports SDI video standards 12G, 6G, 3G, and 1.5G and is available in LC, LC-40, and ST variants.
