Panasonic Lumix BGH1 4K Cinema Box Camera
Description
The Panasonic Lumix BGH1 4K Cinema Box Camera features a 10.2MP Live MOS sensor with Dual Native ISO technology, which provides two independent native ISO circuits to reduce noise production. As a result, an ISO 51200 maximum recording is possible. The camera supports 10-bit C4K 60p internal video recording and comes pre-installed with V-Log L, which has a dynamic range of 13 stops. It can also produce C4K 4:2:2 10-bit video through HDMI. In C4K/4K (60 fps, maximum 2.5x slower in 24p) and FHD (240 fps, maximum 10x slower in 24p)*, the VFR (Variable Frame Rate) allows you to capture overcranked/undercranked video. Unlimited video recording is possible thanks to a revolutionary heat dispersion structure with an integrated fan, and the body frame is made of aluminum and magnesium alloy for durability and lightweight.
The LUMIX BGH1 boasts unrivaled adaptability, making it ideal for shooting on drones, gimbals, and vehicles, as well as IP remote control and live streaming. Its high degree of expandability enables multi-camera management, and its Micro Four Thirds System-based interchangeable lens range is vast. The LUMIX BGH1 is a camera that will excite content producers and take their work to the next level, combining all of Panasonic's innovations gained through the development of professional cinema cameras, camcorders, and the LUMIX GH series.
For basic setups, use Power over Ethernet+ (PoE+) to stream pictures, manage, and power the BGH1. Depending on the location and PC capabilities, the Panasonic LUMIX Tether for Multicam** can control up to 12 BGH1 cameras. It will enable wired IP streaming (RTP/RTSP) with a future firmware upgrade. In addition to USB-C 3.1 Type-C, a 3G-SDI and an HDMI Type A terminal is provided for simultaneous output, and SDK*** is available to enable bespoke control through USB. Additionally, the Genlock IN/Timecode IN/OUT capabilities enable multi-angle synchronized video recording and may be used to construct a scalable system with external monitors, rigs, and gimbals from other manufacturers.
