Teradek Cube 155 HD-SDI Encoder with WiFi

The Cube 155 HD-SDI Encoder with Wi-Fi by Teradek offers a wireless camera-top video, which is an embedded audio encoder. This Encoder can connect to a camera through an SDI port and streams proxy files/dailies in H.264 to a decoder. The users can enjoy streaming their live events by a dual-band Wi-Fi when a network is at range. This can be accomplished via Ethernet or 3G/4G modem connection. The Cube 155 has a microSD card integrated, so you can store your live events. The Cube offers a microSD slot that can support up to 32GB cards.

Mounting the Cube 155

This Cube can be attached to a camera's hot shoe or a cage/rig through an included 1/4"-20 mounting screw. In the side of the SDI input, the connections consist of a 3.5mm line/mic input, Ethernet port and a headphone jack. A micro-usb port is supplied, so you can charge and configure your equipment.

The Cube has a rechargeable integrated lithium-ion battery that can last up two hours of a heavy usage. This Cube can be powered with an AC power adapter that is included on the box or an external battery by a 2-pin LEMO input. The Cube 155 features an OLED screen that indicates the life of the battery, online status, and the URL being streamed. You want to maximize your work load, there are optional camera batteries with 2-pin LEMO output to power the camera with the same battery. In addition, the 3 two-pin LEMO batteries can powered the Teradek Canon BP-945, Teradek Panasonic VW-VGB6 and Teradek Panasonic D54.
